Sprint results from a successful county championships for the club! Apologies if I’ve missed anything, there were a lot of things to note down!
Jack Markham

– Farrah Cook continued her excellent season with a gold medal and new PB in the 100m and a silver medal and equalled PB in the 200m, showing that hard work and long term commitment always pays off in the end.

– Ravenn Cook had a tough race in the 100m but came through on day two to win her 300m hurdles, becoming county champion in the process and breaking her PB 💪🏻
– Sam Jacques began his time in the U17s well with a 4th place in an extremely fast 100m race and the gold medal in the 200m. With further training and development he will no doubt continue to achieve highly.

– Euan Jones had an excellent first competitive run in the U20 men’s division, winning the bronze medal in the 100m in a strong field and running a technically excellent race.
– Maddy Torbitt finished her 300m incredibly strong, pipping her opposition at the line to win the bronze medal and perfectly modelling how to finish a 300m.
– Kiyomi Topham began her time in the U15 division well, making both the finals of the 100m and 200m against some seriously strong opposition. Coming close to her PB, especially in the 100m, she must now use the older girls to push her on to further success.
